St Mary the Virgin, Ponteland, Newcastle upon Tyne
March 8th Our delivery team were well met at the church and very soon had the pew cushions in place. This is the second delivery to this fantastic old church.
The fabric chosen is Cardiinal Rouge. Our delivery team delight in fitting all the cushions. It was a full day for the team having been up in Perth, then down to Edinburgh & finally to Geordie Land.
Dear Keri and Robert
It is very remiss of me not to have contacted you earlier to thank you for the wonderful red cushions you delivered to us on December 20th last year.
The cushions look really good and are so comfy...the congregation are delighted with our choice and I would happily recommend Safefoam to any other Church. This photo was taken in January, then my husband and I had flu and at the beginning of April, my husband died suddenly but peacefully so life has been hectic.
All good wishes, Heather B
St Mary's Church Dunblane sent us the lovely note above. We've done lots of churches already in 2017. We're falling behind with pictures! If anyone would like to see where we've been please ask.
St Margaret's Church on the Shetlands sent us these pictures. As usual customers pictures are always better than ours!
Our thanks go of course to all the parishioners at St Margarets, all now sitting in comfort we hope.
Interesting point, this is the most northerly Catholic church in Britain..........
Just a note to say the kneeler arrived safely and everyone at the church is delighted with it. I’d just like to add your customer care has been superb and thanks for your care and consideration.
Revd Peter Bellenes
Duloe & Herodsfoot
Rev Peter bought the wedding kneeler above, he wanted the emblem embroidering onto the top of the kneeler and a dedication in memory of a parishioner onto the front. The fabric is our Cardinal Wine from Plumbs and the
embroidery is completed in a gold thread. It looks stunning! We are always pleased to hear from our happy customers, thanks for your kind comments.
All Saints, Sherburn in Elmet, Yorkshire
Here the church decided on Plumbs' Elegant Mini Claret. This very old church on a hill is guarded by the resident cat.
Ilford St Andrews, Essex
Here the church decided on only the very best. Our top quality velvet, with buttons and piping, a bit more expensive but well worth it! We had an email from them thiis week:-
We are all delighted with our new pew cushions, in particular with their arrival in time for St. Andrew’s Day. A truly excellent result both in quality of the product and your help with our project.
Please do not hesitate to use me for a reference.
Driver and mate take a break outside St Thomas's Hospital, you know where!
St Paul's Hemel, Herts
On our way from Ilford (above) we had to drop off pew cushions for St Thomas Hospital Chapel, opposite the Houses of Parliament. The chapel was in the course of renovation, so we were unable to photograph.
The drivers wanted a snapshot, see above. This proved a difficult delivery, London being chocker.
Consequently the dear ladies in waiting at Hemel showed so much patience, waiting and waiting. Everything turned out OK in the end. Our Cardinal Wine fabric looks good and is the same colour as their carpet.
Hertford Baptist Church
When all the pews are beautifully crafted curves, one answer is to do as the ones above; single cushions!
St Leonard's, Sandridge, St Albans
St Mary's Hemel Hempstead
Dear Mrs Oakley,
I am just writing to say a very real thank you for the excellent communion rail kneeler we have recently received from Safefoam for use in St Thomas a Becket Church Framfield.
I believe we still owe the balance on the order and wondered if.................
St Thomas a Becket, Framfield, Suffolk.
We much appreciate letters like this. This communion rail kneeler was one of the many orders we send by courier. Sometimes the church will later send a photograph.

Our second delivery to Nexus, this time with these fantastic Altar Rail Kneelers in Plumb's Cardinal Denim fabric to match all of the pew cushions we did in May this year.
Parish Church of St George the Martyr, Waterlooville, Hampshire
St George's Church chose our Bijoux Crushed Cherry fabric (from Plumbs) with piping. We were met by a very helpful team, otherwise our old driver might have been on his knees with the effort of unloading the van.
We just got an email from the church (Novenber 5th)
Thank you for the safe delivery of our pew cushions, altar kneelers and material last week. They all look great and we are very pleased.
We shall be installing and dedicating them at our services on November 22nd.
If you send me the invoices for the sum now due.......
Many thanks to you and the whole team for all your help,

Church of St Symphorian, Veryian, Truro, Cornwall
When our driver delivery men got to the church they witnessed the most industrious flower arrangers in Cornwall, setting up for the annual show.
They had to stack all the cushions in the bell ringers's room!

They chose our Leaf Motif Red. A good choice at a very good price.

St Mary Madalene Church, Willen, Milton Keynes
Designed & built in 1680 by Robert Hooke, a friend of Christopher Wren, this beautiful church is a real gem and well worth a visit.
It represented our last delivery before Easter, the fabric chosen is the Bradbury Flamblend "Red Rum". It has a significant amount of wool in the blend and has a warm
feel lending itself to extra comfort. We were asked to do the whole church including the Choir Stalls. We thank all at the church for kindly choosing Safefoam. & finally we got an email
with details of payment and the church warden added:-
If you, on behalf of Safefoam, at any time need a reference for the standard of work and helpfulness, I shall be very happy to supply it.
Good wishes M M Churchwarden.
St Michael's Church, Shotwick, Chester.
Parts of this church go back over 1000 years, including the main door alone which is solid English Oak.
Imagine this door was in place in 1066! Really a proper visit should be made to soak in all the history.
St Michael and All Angels, Smethcott Church, Shropshire.
This difficult to find, but well worth the effort, this chapel is on the Long Mynd in Shropshire, England, which is a part of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The chapel seems to sit on top of the world.
St Mary's Church, Beenham, Berkshire
This old church is full of pieces of interest. All the walls have fantastic murals. More info can be gleened from their website.
We got a letter from the chuchwarden dated 12th March, it contained a cheque for the balance, and this letter below.
Once again we are very grateful and humbled by the lovely comments.
Your pew cushions have received very favourable comments from the congregation and I would lhave no hesitation in recommending your company to others . Mr D. Churchwarden.
All Saints Church, Coleshill, Bucks
First delivery of the day to this spendid church. Our Red Rum fabric looks superb. A subtle mix of two popular church colours, red and blue.
Parish Church, Morecambe, Lancs
Our driver and mate arrived on a Friday afternoon to be met by a friendly couple, and between them all soon had all the Cardinal Wine cushions in place, just in time for the wedding next day!
We got a letter from the church on 27th Feb.
We have had lots of interest and good comments and are very happy with the finished product.
I would like to thank you for all your help and friendly service during the enquiry, ordering and delivery stages, especially the two gentlemen for help getting the various sized cushions on the right pews.
We have viewed the photos on the website which shows how well they look in the church. Mrs M. Churchwarden.
